Who We Serve

We proudly work with all generations of people (adults, juveniles, and geriatrics), in both criminal and civil court. We're experienced in serving state courts, federal courts, and court martial cases. All services listed here are available for each of these scenarios.

Training

We believe in passing on the knowledge that we've gained over the years, and training the next generation. In support of that, we teach at the University of New Mexico (law and psychology departments).

Research

In the quest for advancing the field of psychology, our team is involved in a number of IRB-approved research projects. We work on these projects in collaboration with researchers and colleagues from around the world.

Consultations

We're just a phone call away! We're available to provide consultative services for attorneys, judges, and social workers, court martial cases, and more.

We also routinely consult with the state of New Mexico in regard to policy initiatives.

Court Clinic

Dr. Viljoen and Dr. Brovko are Co-Clinical Directors of the Second Judicial District Competency Clinic. In these roles, they helped to create the clinic, and provide ongoing oversight, quality assurance, and consultations with key stakeholders.
